Patient care plans should be checked regularly to make sure that they contain accurate documentation and ensure that patients are receiving proper care and having their needs met. Additionally, they will work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to create staff schedules and implement department budgets.

Director of Nursing Job Requirements

Most facilities that De Vore recruits for will require that all individuals applying for this position will have their associate’s degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, previous experience as a Director of Nursing, management expertise and a background in working in a long-term care setting.

Director of Nursing Job Benefits
