De Vore Recruiting is looking for experienced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Nurse Practitioners provide the highest standards of nursing care to residents in skilled nursing centers, assisted living, and independent living facilities in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. The candidate should be able to review patient histories, execute exams, order and analyze lab results, prescribe medicine to patients, allow treatments and advise patients and families in a warm and safe way. 
Job Responsibilities
Nurse Practitioners are responsible for treating and diagnosing patients. They are to educate patients and prescribe medicine when needed. They may be required to perform these tasks with specific gender or age groups in mind.
Specific Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include:
- Ordering, performing and interpreting the results of diagnostic tests.
- Analyzing patients' records, symptoms and physical findings.
- Developing treatment plans
- Counseling patients on drug administration and side effects of substances
- Educating patients on illnesses they may have and tailoring instructions to patients' individual needs
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will be passionate about their work as a Nurse Practitioner and strive to always go beyond expected standards of care. They should be honest and sincere with all patients. Along with these individual quality traits, all candidates must have the following minimum requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school
- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Have a current advanced practice registered nurse licensure
- Current nurse practitioner certification in specialty area
- Current CNOR/CRNFA certification
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Organizational skills and computer skills
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills
- 5 years of experience
