Job Description
De Vore Recruiting is seeking caring and experienced RN Managers to maintain leadership and supervision of the nursing staff. Qualified candidates will assist the Director of Nursing and directly manage and coordinate the nursing care program services of patients and families. They will also oversee the expansion and implementation of nursing care standards, procedures, rules and regulations. 
 
Job Responsibilities
RN nurse managers will promote home health care procedures and perform all leadership functions and decision making within the facilities they will be working for. 
 
Additional responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with management teams to develop home health care policies
- Create nursing care work schedules
- Uphold the mission and values established by facilities
- Coordinate home health care programs and provide assurance of care
 
Job Requirements 
Qualified candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively help patients, families, staff and the general public. They should also be able to analyze all problems or needs patients may have, while maintaining confidentiality. 
 
Additional requirements include
- Valid RN license
- 2-5 years of nursing care experience 
- Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of The Joint Commission, Medicare, Medicaid, BCBSM rules and regulations, licensure standards
 
Benefits
