 We are seeking a leasing sales professional as Community Relations Director / Community Sales Director / Leasing Sales Director to sell the merits of this lifestyle from concept to move-in for an Assisted Living facility to eligible senior prospects. The location is in the San Francisco area.

Additional tasks of the Director of Sales Professional include:

  • Identifying and building relationships within the local area to drive business to our senior community
  • Effectively facilitating small group presentations to develop awareness of our services Attracting, developing and retaining top-performing employees
  • Supervising and training a high-quality team through performance management, supervision and discipline
  • Performing some human resources functions

Job Responsibilities

As the Director of the sales team, the candidate will work with prospects, their families and referral sources /influencers. They will oversee and implement day to day marketing and sales strategies of our community. Specific

Responsibilities: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service Develop and nurture relationships with potential residents and family members Foster and maintain relationships with professional referral sources Plan and execute marketing events Meet and exceed the sales goals Manage budget to meet financial goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

As a Director of Sales, you must have compassion for and a desire to work with seniors. You must also be able to communicate effectively with residents and their families, and the general public.

Additional requirements for the Director of Sales include:

  • AA or Bachelor degree preferred 2+ yrs of Hands-on experience selling in an Assisted Living facility
  • Experience in long term sales cycle (Independent Living,
  • Real-Estate, Time-Share, etc.) Impressive presentation and enthusiasm Ability to learn the products and effectively manage a team
  • Must have the ability to work in n team environment and a willingness to be flexible Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and communication skills
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Only applicants who have the specific Assisted Living work experience listed above will be considered.
