The Associate Executive Director has full responsibility under the direction of the Executive Director to direct the 24-hour operation of the community within the company policies and practices and applicable state and federal laws. Ensures efficient operations, consistent quality of services, and maximized revenues. Ensures a safe, motivating and healthy environment for residents and employees. Position is performed through exemplifying the organization’s core values.


•Must possess financial acumen and excellent organization, interpersonal, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.

•Minimum of 1 years progressive management experience with P&L responsibility, prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hotel management preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations preferred. •Ability to effectively recruit, develop and supervise staff. •Financial management experience with full P&L responsibility.

•Exceptional leadership skills.

•Passion for serving the senior population with knowledge, understanding, and ability in handle gerontological issues providing a comfortable link between family and residents.

•NHA license can be recent AIT

•Bachelor’s degree required.
